The PARKER A4MTS4-MG is a push-to-connect male swivel branch tee tube fitting designed for tube-to-pipe connections in pneumatic and fluid transfer systems. Constructed from polyoxymethylene (POM), a high-strength acetal resin, the fitting handles pressures up to 300 psi. The male swivel branch tee configuration allows a branch connection to be made at a 90-degree angle off the main tube run while the swivel thread simplifies alignment to a male NPTF port without rotating the tubing. EPDM O-rings provide a reliable seal. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service techs routinely install this type of fitting in control-line and instrument-tubing applications.
This fitting accepts 1/4 inch outside diameter tubing and connects to a 1/4 inch NPTF male thread. The push-to-connect design allows tool-free tube insertion for fast field assembly. Typical install scenarios include pneumatic control circuits, compressed-air distribution panels, and light-duty fluid lines where a branching tee with a threaded port is needed. The gray POM body resists many common chemicals and is suitable for both residential and light commercial service environments.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect fitting for use with 1/4 inch outside diameter tubing and 1/4 inch NPTF male threaded ports in pneumatic and fluid system applications.
Installation is performed by plumbers, HVAC technicians, or instrumentation technicians. Before servicing any connected line, depressurize and isolate the system completely. Ensure the tube end is cut square and free of burrs before inserting into the fitting collar. Verify NPTF thread engagement is adequate and inspect the O-ring seat for debris prior to assembly.
