The PARKER A4FC4-MG is a push-to-connect tube-to-pipe connector fitting designed for fast, tool-free tube connections in pneumatic and fluid handling systems. The fitting accepts 1/4 inch OD tubing and threads into a 1/4 inch NPTF port. It is constructed from POM (polyoxymethylene), a rigid acetal-based thermoplastic that resists moisture, mild chemicals, and mechanical wear. Rated to 300 psi, this connector is suited for compressed air lines, instrumentation tubing, and general-purpose plumbing in light industrial and commercial applications. This fitting is installed by licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, or qualified industrial maintenance personnel. Before installation, depressurize the system completely and verify the receiving port is clean and free of thread damage. Thread the NPTF end in by hand first, then tighten to snug using an appropriate wrench — do not overtighten POM-bodied fittings. Insert the OD tube fully until it seats and verify retention by pulling back firmly on the tube before re-pressurizing the line.
