The PARKER A4CU4-MG is a push-to-connect cross tube fitting designed for tube-to-tube connections in fluid and pneumatic line applications. Manufactured from polyoxymethylene (POM), a rigid engineering thermoplastic, this fitting handles pressures up to 300 psi. The cross configuration allows a single junction point to branch a line in four directions simultaneously, making it a practical solution in compact plumbing or pneumatic manifold layouts. Accepted tube outside diameter is 1/4 inch. The tan-colored POM body resists moisture and many common chemicals encountered in light industrial and HVAC ancillary service lines. No tools are required for insertion; tubing seats and seals by pressing straight into the fitting body.
This fitting is suited for light industrial pneumatic systems, instrumentation tubing runs, and HVAC ancillary control-line applications where a four-way tube junction is needed at 1/4 inch OD. The push-to-connect design speeds installation in panel assemblies, refrigeration sensing lines, and compressed-air distribution where frequent reconfiguration may be required. POM construction makes it appropriate for dry or lubricated air, water, and many mild fluid media. It is not intended for high-temperature steam service or aggressive solvent exposure. Sold individually.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect fitting for use with 1/4 inch outside diameter tubing in pneumatic, fluid control, and HVAC ancillary line applications.
Depressurize and isolate the tubing circuit completely before removing or installing any push-to-connect fitting. Ensure tube ends are cut square and free of burrs before inserting into the fitting body; a deburring tool is recommended. To release the tube, depress the collet ring evenly while pulling the tube straight out. Verify the installed assembly is within the fitting's 300 psi pressure rating before returning the system to service.
