The PARKER 8206N-1A1-BX is a compressed air oil-water filter and separator designed to remove dust, oil, particulate, and liquid water from compressed air lines. It handles up to 70 CFM at a maximum working pressure of 250 psi and a maximum operating temperature of 130 degrees F. The unit features an automatic drain, which eliminates the need for manual drain cycles and reduces maintenance time on active systems. Connections are 3/4 inch NPT, making it compatible with standard threaded compressed air piping. This type of unit is installed by HVAC technicians, industrial maintenance personnel, and pipefitters in both light commercial and industrial compressed air systems.
This filter-separator is suited for inline installation on compressed air distribution systems where contamination control is critical. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before installing or servicing this unit. Mount the separator in the correct flow direction as indicated on the body, and verify all NPT threaded connections are properly sealed with thread sealant rated for compressed air service. Confirm system operating pressure and temperature do not exceed the rated maximums before returning the line to service.
