The PARKER 801-6-GRA-RL is a push-on style compressed air hose designed for industrial and trade service applications requiring a reliable, flexible air delivery line. Constructed from gray synthetic rubber, this hose carries a 3/8 inch inside diameter and a 0.630 inch outside diameter. It is rated for a working pressure of 350 psi and handles an operating temperature range of -40 degrees F to 257 degrees F, making it suitable for demanding shop, field, and light industrial environments. The 450-foot reel length allows contractors and service shops to cut custom lengths for pneumatic tool drops, compressor runs, and equipment hookups. Licensed trade professionals and industrial MRO buyers are the primary installers.
This hose is well suited for compressed air distribution in HVAC mechanical rooms, plumbing service trucks, construction job sites, and industrial maintenance facilities. The push-on end connection style eliminates the need for clamps or fittings at installation, simplifying termination when used with compatible push-on barb fittings. The 450-foot reel format is practical for shops that stock and cut hose to length for multiple installations or equipment configurations. The 28-inch Hg vacuum rating also allows limited vacuum service use where operating conditions fall within the rated pressure and temperature parameters.
Designed for use with standard push-on barb fittings sized for 3/8 inch ID hose in compressed air service systems. No end connections are included; termination hardware must be sourced separately and matched to the 3/8 inch ID push-on specification.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compressed air system assembly and applicable safety codes. Depressurize the air supply completely before cutting, routing, or terminating this hose. Use a clean, straight hose cut and a compatible push-on barb fitting; do not use clamps where the push-on connection style is specified. Verify that system operating pressure does not exceed the 350 psi working pressure rating of the hose at any point in service.
