The PARKER 8-6 FH2BZ-SS is a stainless steel compression tube bulkhead connector designed to route tubing through panels, bulkheads, or enclosure walls while maintaining a secure, leak-resistant seal. It features a compression fitting on one end and a male NPT thread on the other, allowing connection between a compression tube run and a threaded port in a single fitting body. Rated to 6,300 psi maximum working pressure, this fitting is built for demanding fluid and gas handling applications. Plumbers, pipefitters, and instrumentation technicians install this type of fitting in process systems, refrigeration lines, hydraulic panels, and similar plumbing assemblies where tubing must pass cleanly through a structural barrier.
This bulkhead connector is suited for residential and commercial installations where stainless steel corrosion resistance is required. Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified instrumentation technician. Depressurize and isolate the system fully before removing or installing any compression fitting. Hand-tighten the compression nut first, then apply the appropriate additional turns per the fitting manufacturer guidelines — do not overtighten, as over-compression can deform the ferrule and cause leaks. Verify thread sealant or PTFE tape compatibility with the fluid media before applying to the NPT end.
