The PARKER 7321KBY61640N0D1DMP3 is a normally closed, two-way solenoid valve designed for fluid control applications in industrial, HVAC, and process systems. Built with a brass body and FKM fluorocarbon seal, it handles operating pressures from 3 psi up to 300 psi and temperatures up to 210 degrees F. The valve operates on 120/60 to 110/50V AC at 10 watts, making it compatible with standard single-phase control circuits. A 7/16-inch orifice sleeve delivers a Cv factor of 1.75, supporting moderate flow rates. Class F insulation, UL and CSA listings, and NEMA 4X enclosure protection qualify it for wet and washdown environments. This valve is suited for residential and light commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration, compressed air, water, and compatible fluid process lines where a normally closed, de-energize-to-close function is required. The FNPT 1/4-inch port threads directly into standard pipe fittings without adapters. Its NEMA 4X rating makes it a practical choice for outdoor installations or locations subject to moisture, dust, or periodic washdown. Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified industrial mechanic. De-energize the control circuit and isolate and relieve pressure from the line before removing or installing the valve. Apply thread sealant to FNPT connections per applicable IPC or IFGC requirements — do not overtighten brass fittings. Verify that the supply voltage and fluid media are compatible with the valve ratings before energizing.
