The PARKER 722TC-16 is a high-pressure hydraulic hose engineered for demanding fluid power applications. Built to a 1 inch inside diameter and 1.5 inch outside diameter, it carries a 4,000 psi working pressure rating. The hose body is constructed from synthetic rubber and meets ISO 18752 standards. It handles a wide service temperature range of -40 degrees F to 257 degrees F, making it suitable for both cold-climate startups and high-heat continuous-duty cycles. This hose is sold in 1-foot increments with a 5-foot minimum cut length. Total coil length is 150 feet. Licensed hydraulic technicians and industrial maintenance mechanics are the primary installers.
The 722TC-16 is suited for mobile hydraulic equipment, industrial fluid power systems, and heavy machinery where high working pressures and flexible routing are required. The 6 inch minimum bend radius allows routing through tight equipment frames without kinking. Its black synthetic rubber construction resists common hydraulic fluids, oils, and environmental exposure. It is appropriate for both OEM plumbing builds and field replacement service on equipment operating in harsh temperature conditions.
Designed as a Series 722 OEM-style replacement or new-build hydraulic hose for fluid power systems requiring a -16 hose size with 4,000 psi working pressure capability.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or industrial mechanic. Depressurize and bleed the hydraulic system fully before disconnecting or installing any hose assembly. Verify that all end fittings, adapters, and clamps are rated for the system working pressure before putting the assembly into service. Do not exceed the 6 inch minimum bend radius during routing, and avoid contact with sharp edges or abrasive surfaces without protective sleeving.
