The PARKER 71315SN1GNJ1 is a normally closed solenoid valve body designed for precise fluid control in industrial and commercial systems. In its unactuated state, the valve remains closed, stopping flow until the integrated coil energizes it. The valve body is constructed from stainless steel with an NBR seal, making it well suited for applications that demand corrosion resistance and durability. The port size is 1/8 inch with a 1/16 inch orifice, and the Cv factor is 0.11. Note that this is the valve body only and requires a separately sourced integrated coil for complete valve assembly and function.
This valve body is appropriate for use in HVAC, refrigeration, fluid handling, and light industrial control systems where a compact, normally closed solenoid valve is required. The stainless steel body and NBR seal make it a practical choice for use with water, air, and compatible fluids in systems operating up to 185 degrees F. The zero minimum operating pressure differential allows it to function in low-pressure or gravity-fed systems. Licensed mechanical contractors and instrumentation technicians are the typical installers.
Designed as an OEM-style solenoid valve body for use in fluid control assemblies requiring a 1/8 inch port, normally closed configuration. An integrated coil must be sourced separately to complete the valve assembly.
Installation should be performed by a licensed mechanical or instrumentation technician familiar with solenoid valve assemblies. Shut off and depressurize the system completely before removing or installing the valve body. Do not energize the coil until the valve is fully assembled and all connections are secured. Verify that the selected integrated coil matches the voltage and electrical specifications of the control circuit before completing the assembly.
