The PARKER 6MSEL12N-316 is a stainless steel compression tube male elbow designed to connect compression tubing to a male NPT threaded port. The fitting creates a 90-degree directional change in a tubing run while maintaining a secure, leak-resistant seal under demanding conditions. Rated to 6,600 psi maximum working pressure and a temperature range of -425 degrees F to 1,200 degrees F, this elbow is suited for high-pressure and high-temperature fluid and gas systems. It is installed by licensed pipefitters, plumbers, and instrumentation technicians working in industrial, process, and commercial applications.
This fitting is used in compressed gas, hydraulic, and instrumentation tubing systems where a compression-to-MNPT transition with a directional change is required. The 3/4-14 NPT thread size makes it appropriate for moderate to large-bore tubing runs in both commercial and industrial environments. Typical applications include process piping, pneumatic control lines, and fluid handling systems that demand corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction.
Designed as an OEM-style compression tube fitting for industrial and instrumentation piping systems requiring a 3/4-14 NPT male connection with a compression tube inlet.
Installation should be performed by a licensed pipefitter or instrumentation technician. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any compression fittings. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads in accordance with applicable codes such as the IPC or IFGC. Do not overtighten the compression nut, as this can damage the ferrule and compromise the seal integrity.
