The PARKER 6MBC6N-316 is a stainless steel compression tube bulkhead connector designed to pass tubing through a panel or bulkhead wall while maintaining a secure, leak-resistant seal. It joins a compression end to a male NPT threaded end in a single inline fitting, eliminating the need for additional adapters in panel-penetration applications. With a maximum working pressure of 6600 psi and a temperature range of -425 degrees F to 1200 degrees F, this fitting is built for demanding industrial, HVAC, and instrumentation service environments where corrosion resistance and pressure integrity are critical.
This bulkhead connector is suited for high-pressure tube runs that must pass through enclosures, cabinets, or structural panels in commercial and industrial systems. Typical applications include instrumentation tubing, refrigerant-grade or hydraulic lines, and process piping where an NPT port on one side and a compression tube connection on the other side is required. The stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for corrosive environments and wide thermal cycling.
Designed as an OEM-style and aftermarket replacement compression bulkhead connector for high-pressure instrumentation, HVAC, and industrial tube fitting assemblies requiring a 3/8-18 NPT thread and compression tube end connection through a panel or bulkhead.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber, pipefitter, or instrumentation technician familiar with compression fittings and NPT thread practices. Depressurize and isolate the system fully before disassembly or fitting installation. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the MNPT threads per system media requirements and applicable codes. Do not overtighten the compression nut — follow standard compression fitting make-up procedures to avoid deforming the ferrule or damaging the tube.
