The PARKER 66PLPBH-6-6 is a push-to-connect female bulkhead tube fitting designed to pass tubing through a panel or bulkhead wall while maintaining a secure, leak-free connection on both sides. Built from nickel-plated brass with a nitrile O-ring, this fitting handles working pressures up to 300 psi and temperatures ranging from 0 degrees F to 200 degrees F. The connection configuration is Tube x FNPT x Tube x Female, accepting 3/8-inch OD tubing with a 3/8-inch NPTF female thread. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and fluid-systems mechanics working with pneumatic or fluid-distribution lines install this fitting in both commercial and industrial applications.
This fitting is suited for installations where tubing must route cleanly through a cabinet wall, enclosure, or panel. The push-to-connect design allows tubing to seat without tools on both tube ports, while the NPTF female thread provides a secure, pressure-rated threaded connection. The black push-button release is made from a flame-resistant material rated to UL 94 V-0, making the fitting appropriate for enclosures with flame-resistance requirements. Typical applications include pneumatic control systems, refrigeration-line routing, and fluid-distribution panels in commercial mechanical systems.
Designed for use with 3/8-inch OD tubing and 3/8-inch NPTF female-threaded ports in pneumatic control, fluid distribution, and refrigeration-adjacent panel-routing applications.
Installation is performed by a licensed plumber or qualified mechanical technician. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any fittings. Verify the panel or bulkhead hole diameter matches the fitting body before seating. To disconnect the tubing, press the release button fully before pulling the tube free — pulling without releasing the button will damage the collet and void the seal.
