The PARKER 66PLPBH-4-4 is a push-to-connect female bulkhead tube fitting designed for through-panel or through-bulkhead pneumatic and fluid line installations. It accepts 1/4 inch OD tubing on both tube-entry ends and features a 1/4 inch NPTF female thread connection, allowing inline mounting through a panel with tubing running on each side. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, this fitting handles working pressures up to 300 psi across a service temperature range of 0 to 200 degrees F. The nitrile O-ring provides a reliable seal across a range of media, and the push-to-connect mechanism allows tool-free tube insertion. Licensed HVAC, refrigeration, and fluid-handling technicians use this fitting in compressed air, control-line, and pneumatic instrument circuits.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial pneumatic systems, compressed air distribution, HVAC control lines, and fluid handling applications where a bulkhead pass-through connection is required. The push-to-connect design supports fast field assembly without solvents, ferrules, or special tooling. The locking button is made from a black flame-resistant material that meets the UL94 V-0 flame-resistance standard, making it appropriate for installations in or near enclosures where ignition resistance is specified. Both tube ports accept 1/4 inch OD tubing, and the overall fitting length is 1.35 inches.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect bulkhead fitting for systems using 1/4 inch OD tubing with 1/4 inch NPTF female panel thread connections in compressed air, pneumatic control, and fluid distribution lines.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with pneumatic or fluid-line systems. De-pressurize and isolate the line completely before disconnecting or installing any fittings. Ensure the panel cutout hole is sized to the fitting body specification before threading the bulkhead nut. Tube ends must be cut cleanly and squarely, deburred, and fully seated into the push-to-connect port to achieve a leak-free seal.
