The PARKER 66PLP-4M-2G is a push-to-connect elbow tube fitting designed for 4mm outside diameter tubing with a female BSPP threaded port. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, this fitting provides a rated maximum working pressure of 300 psi and operates reliably across a temperature range of 0 degrees F to 200 degrees F. The elbow configuration allows a directional change in tubing runs where space is limited. A silicone-free grease is used internally, making this fitting suitable for installations where silicone contamination is a concern. Licensed trades and industrial technicians working with pneumatic or fluid distribution lines are the primary installers.
This fitting is commonly used in pneumatic control systems, compressed air distribution, and fluid line assemblies in both light commercial and industrial settings. Its 4mm OD tube connection paired with a female BSPP port suits international-standard plumbing and pneumatic circuit configurations. The UL94 V-0 flame resistance rating of internal components meets fire-resistance requirements for many control panel and enclosure applications. The silver finish with yellow release button allows quick visual identification of the push-to-connect release collar during service.
Designed for use with 4mm outside diameter tubing in pneumatic and fluid line systems using BSPP-threaded ports. Verify thread type and tube OD before installation, as BSPP is not interchangeable with NPT or BSPT thread forms.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, or pneumatic system technicians depending on the application. Depressurize and isolate the system before making or breaking any connections. To release tubing, press the yellow collar inward while pulling the tube — do not use tools on the release collar. Confirm thread engagement and tube seating are complete before repressurizing the system.
