The PARKER 66PLP-10M-6G is a push-to-connect elbow tube fitting designed for fast, tool-free connections in pneumatic and fluid systems. It accepts a 10mm outside-diameter tube on the push-in end and connects to a female BSPP threaded port on the other. The body is nickel-plated brass, rated for a maximum working pressure of 300 psi and a temperature range of 0 degrees F to 200 degrees F. A yellow release button allows quick tube removal without special tooling. The fitting meets the UL94 V-0 flame resistance standard and uses silicone-free grease, making it suitable for applications where silicone contamination is a concern. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance professionals install this type of fitting.
This elbow fitting is used wherever a 90-degree directional change is needed in a push-to-connect pneumatic or fluid line. It is well-suited for residential and light commercial HVAC controls, compressed air distribution, and process fluid plumbing where BSPP female port connections are present. The compact 1.54-inch overall length keeps installation tight in panel or cabinet environments. The silver nickel-plated finish resists corrosion in light-duty wet or humid service conditions.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect elbow fitting for pneumatic and fluid systems using 10mm OD tubing and female BSPP threaded ports.
Depressurize and de-energize the system fully before removing or installing any push-to-connect fitting. Ensure tube ends are cut cleanly and squarely with no burrs before insertion to achieve a proper seal. Thread engagement at the female BSPP port should be made hand-tight and then snugged with a wrench to the hex flats — do not overtighten. Follow applicable local plumbing or mechanical codes when installing fittings in pressurized fluid or air systems.
