The PARKER 62PLPBH-5 is a push-to-connect bulkhead union tube fitting designed for tube-to-tube connections through a panel or enclosure wall. Constructed from nickel-plated brass with a nitrile O-ring seal, it delivers a rated maximum working pressure of 300 psi and operates across a temperature range of 0 to 200 degrees F. The black button is made from a flame-resistant material that meets the UL94 V-0 standard. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and fluid-system technicians install this fitting where a secure, tool-free tube connection must pass through a bulkhead surface.
This fitting accepts 5/16 inch OD tubing on both ends and is suited for pneumatic, instrumentation, and fluid-transfer applications in residential and light commercial systems. Its push-to-connect design allows fast assembly without ferrules, compression sleeves, or threading. Overall installed length is 1.65 inches, making it a compact solution for tight panel installations where tube routing must transition through a partition or cabinet wall.
Designed for use with 5/16 inch OD tubing in push-to-connect tube-to-tube bulkhead applications. Compatible with pneumatic, instrumentation, and general fluid-transfer lines where panel or enclosure pass-through is required.
Installation is performed by licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, or instrumentation technicians. Before servicing or replacing any fitting, isolate and depressurize the line completely and verify zero pressure before disconnecting. Ensure tubing ends are cut cleanly and squarely with no burrs before inserting into the push-to-connect port. Verify that the system operating pressure does not exceed the 300 psi rated maximum and that system temperatures remain within the 0 to 200 degrees F range.
