The PARKER 62PLP-4M-6M is a push-to-connect union straight tube fitting designed to join two tubes in a straight inline configuration without the need for tools or thread sealant. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, this fitting handles a maximum working pressure of 300 psi and operates across a temperature range of 0 degrees F to 200 degrees F. The yellow release button allows for quick tube removal during servicing. Weighing 0.08 pounds, this compact fitting suits pneumatic, instrumentation, and fluid-handling lines where a reliable, leak-resistant inline union connection is required. Licensed trades and instrumentation technicians install this fitting in both industrial and commercial service applications.
This fitting is suited for use in pneumatic control systems, HVAC instrumentation lines, compressed air distribution, and other fluid or gas tubing runs where a straight union connection between two 4mm outside-diameter tubes is needed. Its push-to-connect design speeds up installation and reduces assembly time on new construction and retrofit jobs alike. The silicone-free grease used in manufacturing makes it compatible with environments where silicone contamination is a concern, such as painting or finishing operations.
Designed for use with 4mm outside-diameter tubing in push-to-connect pneumatic and instrumentation plumbing systems. Verify tube OD and system pressure rating before installation.
A licensed plumber, instrumentation technician, or qualified HVAC mechanic should install this fitting in accordance with applicable system pressure and fluid compatibility requirements. Depressurize and drain the tubing circuit completely before disconnecting or installing any fitting. Ensure the tube end is cut cleanly and squarely with no burrs before inserting into the fitting — burrs or angled cuts can compromise the seal. To release the tube, press the yellow release button firmly while pulling the tube straight out.
