The PARKER 62CBH-4 is a brass compression tube bulkhead union designed to route tubing through a panel, bulkhead, or partition wall while maintaining a secure, leak-resistant connection on both sides. It features compression fittings on each end, allowing tubing to be connected without flare preparation or threading. The fitting carries a maximum working pressure of 300 psi and is rated for temperatures ranging from -65 degrees F to 250 degrees F. Installation should be performed by a licensed pipefitter, plumber, or qualified HVAC technician. Depressurize and isolate the system fully before removing or installing any compression fitting. Hand-tighten the compression nuts first, then apply a controlled wrench turn to seat the ferrule without over-tightening, which can crack the ferrule or distort the tubing. Verify system pressure does not exceed the 300 psi rated working pressure after returning the system to service.
