The PARKER 62ANBH-8 is a brass compression tube union designed to join two lengths of tubing with matching compression-style end connections. This union fitting creates a secure, leak-resistant inline connection without soldering or welding, making it a reliable choice for plumbing, refrigeration, and fluid-handling lines where tubing runs must be coupled or extended. With a maximum working pressure of 150 psi and a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F, it handles a wide range of service conditions. The all-brass construction resists corrosion and holds up in demanding environments. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and fluid-systems contractors are the primary installers.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial applications where compression fittings are specified. Typical uses include potable water supply lines, refrigerant-compatible tubing runs, pneumatic control lines, and instrumentation tubing systems. The compression x compression configuration allows inline union of two tube ends without special tooling, fitting naturally into service or repair scenarios where tubing must be extended or reconnected. The 0.338 inch inside diameter accommodates the corresponding nominal tube size for this fitting series.
Designed as an OEM-style compression union fitting for tubing systems requiring compression x compression connections in plumbing, HVAC, and fluid-handling installations.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or qualified HVAC technicians. Shut off and depressurize the tubing system completely before disassembling or connecting fittings. Ensure tubing ends are cut square, deburred, and clean before seating the compression ferrule and nut. Do not overtighten compression nuts — hand-tighten, then advance with a wrench only until snug and leak-free as verified during pressure testing.
