The PARKER 6125-16 is a straight-body hydraulic hose wing nut coupler designed for high-pressure fluid transfer applications. Built from brass with NPTF threaded connections, it provides a leak-resistant seal in demanding hydraulic systems. The coupler is rated to 3,000 psi maximum working pressure and handles temperatures from -40 degrees F to 250 degrees F. It features a 1-inch hose size and 1-inch thread size, making it a direct-fit component for 1-inch hydraulic line assemblies. Licensed hydraulic and fluid-power technicians install this coupler as part of hose-end assemblies on mobile and stationary equipment.
The PARKER 6125-16 is part of the 6100 series and is suited for use on dump trailers, engine test stands, oil field equipment, and submersible pump installations. The wing nut design allows for tool-free or minimal-tool hand-tightening during hose coupling and decoupling, which is useful in field service and maintenance scenarios. The straight configuration simplifies in-line hose routing where no angular offset is required.
Designed for use with dump trailers, engine test stands, oil field equipment, and submersible pumps requiring 1-inch NPTF hydraulic hose connections rated to 3,000 psi. Part of the PARKER 6100 series hydraulic coupler line.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic or fluid-power technician. Depressurize and isolate the hydraulic circuit completely before disconnecting or installing any hose end fittings. NPTF threads form a dryseal connection and should be inspected for thread damage before assembly. Do not overtighten wing nut connections beyond hand-snug plus manufacturer guidance, as brass fittings can be damaged by excessive torque.
