The PARKER 60PB-6 is a brass compression tube sleeve designed to create a secure, leak-resistant connection in compression fitting assemblies. This sleeve seats between the compression nut and the fitting body, forming a permanent bite on the tubing as the nut is tightened. Rated to 150 psi maximum working pressure and suitable for temperatures ranging from 0 to 150 degrees F, it is built for reliable performance in plumbing, fluid transfer, and instrumentation applications. Licensed plumbers and mechanical contractors are the typical installers of this component.
This compression sleeve is used in residential and light commercial plumbing systems, fluid lines, and pneumatic or hydraulic instrumentation circuits operating within its rated pressure and temperature range. It is suited for use wherever a standard compression fitting assembly is specified and tubing requires a positive mechanical grip without soldering or threading.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement sleeve for use in standard compression fitting assemblies compatible with Parker compression fitting bodies and nuts of the same series and tube size.
Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or qualified mechanical technicians. Shut off and depressurize the fluid line before disassembly or installation. The sleeve is a single-use component — once compressed onto tubing it should not be reused on a new fitting or tubing section. Follow applicable IPC or local plumbing code requirements for compression fitting use in pressurized systems.
