The PARKER 6-4 GH2BZ-SS is a stainless steel bulkhead female connector designed to pass a compression tube line through a panel, bulkhead, or enclosure wall while maintaining a secure, leak-free seal. One end accepts a 3/8-inch outside diameter tube via compression fitting; the other end connects to a female NPT-threaded port. Rated to 6,600 psi maximum working pressure, this fitting is built for demanding fluid and gas handling applications. It is typically installed by plumbers, pipefitters, HVAC technicians, or industrial maintenance trades working with instrumentation tubing, pneumatic lines, or process piping systems.
This bulkhead connector is suited for both commercial and industrial installations where tubing must transition through a wall or panel in a clean, secure manner. The compression-by-FNPT configuration allows direct connection to a female-threaded port on one side while gripping the tube mechanically on the other, eliminating the need for soldering or flaring. Stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for corrosive environments, high-pressure pneumatic circuits, hydraulic instrumentation lines, and sanitary or chemical process applications.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting compatible with 3/8-inch outside diameter compression tubing and female NPT-threaded ports in pneumatic, hydraulic instrumentation, and process fluid systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter, plumber, or instrumentation technician. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing or installing any compression fitting. Use appropriate thread sealant on the NPT end per system fluid compatibility requirements and follow applicable codes such as ASME B31.3 for process piping. Do not overtighten the compression nut; follow the fitting manufacturer's turn-past-finger-tight procedure standard for compression fittings.
