The PARKER 6-4 CBZ-B is a 90-degree compression-to-male NPT tube fitting machined from brass to ASTM-B-124 and BS2872 standards. It connects a compression tube end to a male NPT threaded port in a single 90-degree turn, making it well suited for routing tubing in tight spaces where a straight fitting will not work. The fitting is rated to 2300 psi maximum working pressure. This fitting is used in residential and light commercial applications involving copper or compatible soft-metal tubing routed to threaded ports on valves, manifolds, or equipment panels. Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified instrumentation mechanic. Shut off and depressurize the system completely before removing or installing any compression fitting. Use an appropriately sized wrench on the fitting hex; do not over-tighten, as brass fittings can crack or distort the compression ferrule if excessive force is applied. Verify that the tubing is cut square, deburred, and fully seated in the compression sleeve before tightening the nut.
