The PARKER 5 SBU-S is a flareless bite-type tube fitting in a male branch tee configuration. It accepts tubing with a 5/16 inch outside diameter and connects to a threaded port via a 1/8 inch NPTF male thread. Bite-type fittings use a ferrule that bites into the tube wall on assembly, eliminating the need to flare the tube end. This design provides a secure, leak-resistant connection in hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation lines.
