It connects a 45-degree flared tube end to a solder cup end, providing a reliable transition between flared and soldered connections in a single compact body. The fitting accepts 1/4-inch tube OD on the flare side with a 7/16-20 UNF thread and uses a standard solder end on the opposing connection. Rated to 1,400 psi maximum working pressure and 250 degrees F, this fitting is built to handle demanding service conditions.
