The PARKER 4 PNBZ-B is a brass compression tube end cap designed to terminate open tube ends in fluid and pneumatic systems. Machined from brass meeting ASME-SB75 and ASTM-B75 standards, it accepts a compression-style connection and holds a maximum working pressure of 3500 psi. The overall length is 0.92 inches. This fitting is installed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and instrumentation technicians in applications requiring a clean, pressure-rated tube termination without the need for soldering or threading.
This end cap is suited for use in hydraulic, pneumatic, and fluid instrumentation lines where tube ends must be capped and pressure integrity maintained. The compression end connection allows installation on copper tubing in residential, commercial, and light industrial settings. Its compact size and brass construction make it a standard choice for control panel plumbing, sample lines, and instrument tubing assemblies.
Designed as an OEM-style compression fitting for use with standard copper and compatible soft-metal tubing in fluid and pneumatic systems requiring pressure-rated tube termination.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber or pipefitter. Depressurize and isolate the tubing system fully before fitting installation or removal. Compression fittings require proper tube preparation including a clean, square cut and deburring before the ferrule is seated. Do not overtighten the compression nut, as this can deform the ferrule and compromise the seal.
