The PARKER 377PTCR-4-4 is a push-to-connect female branch tee swivel fitting designed for pneumatic and fluid line connections in general-purpose plumbing and HVAC applications. Built from brass with Buna-N O-rings and a nylon component, this fitting accepts 1/4 inch OD tubing on the push-to-connect ports and a 1/4 inch NPTF female thread on the branch port. It is rated to 250 psi and handles temperatures from -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F, making it suitable for refrigeration lines, compressed air systems, and other pressurized tubing runs. Licensed tradespeople and experienced technicians install this type of fitting in commercial and light industrial environments.
This fitting is rated for general-purpose use and meets D.O.T. FMVSS571.106, SAE J2494, SAE J2494-3, and SAE J844 standards. It is appropriate for residential and light commercial HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic control, and compressed air tubing assemblies where a tee connection with a swiveling female NPT branch is required. The swivel design allows the branch port to be repositioned after initial assembly, reducing the need for additional adapters in tight installations.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect fitting for use with 1/4 inch OD tubing in general-purpose pneumatic and fluid systems requiring a female branch tee swivel connection.
Installation is typically performed by licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, or pneumatic system technicians. Depressurize and isolate the tubing circuit completely before disassembling any existing fittings. Ensure tubing ends are cut cleanly and squarely with a tube cutter and that any burrs are removed before insertion into the push-to-connect ports. Verify that the NPTF branch thread engagement meets applicable code requirements and that the system is pressure-tested after installation.
