The PARKER 371PTCSP-4-6 is a push-to-connect plug-in run tee tube fitting designed for quick, tool-free branch connections in compressed air and fluid distribution lines. Constructed with a brass body, Buna-N seals, and a nylon release collar, it accepts tubing with outside diameters of 1/4 inch and 1/2 inch and holds a maximum working pressure of 250 psi. The fitting uses a stab-in connection method — insert the tube and it locks immediately, with no ferrules, clamps, or wrenches required. Plumbers, HVAC technicians, and instrumentation installers use this type of fitting in light-to-medium pressure pneumatic and liquid service applications.
The 371PTCSP-4-6 is suited for residential and light commercial installations where branching a smaller 1/4 inch line off a 1/2 inch run is required. Typical applications include compressed air distribution, pneumatic control tubing, water treatment systems, and HVAC condensate or instrument lines. The plug-in run tee design allows the main 1/2 inch run to pass straight through while the 1/4 inch branch exits perpendicular, simplifying routing in tight spaces. This fitting is sold individually.
Designed for use with compatible OD tubing in pneumatic and fluid systems rated within the 250 psi working pressure limit. Suitable for copper, nylon, polyethylene, and polyurethane tubing with the specified outside diameters. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before installing or removing this fitting. Cut tubing squarely and deburr the end before insertion to ensure a proper seal. To disconnect, press the release collar inward while pulling the tube straight out. Installation of push-to-connect fittings in pressurized fluid or pneumatic systems should follow applicable plumbing and mechanical codes, including IPC and ASME B31 guidelines where required.
