The PARKER 365HB-4N is a single-barb tube union elbow fitting designed for low-pressure fluid handling applications. Molded from nylon in white, it connects two lengths of soft tubing at a 90-degree angle without additional tools or adhesives. The barbed design creates a secure, push-on connection for tubing with a 1/4-inch inside diameter and a 0.31-inch outside diameter. Rated to 125 psi maximum working pressure, the 365HB-4N carries FDA compliance and meets NSF/ANSI 51 certification, making it appropriate for food-equipment and potable-water-contact applications. Licensed plumbers and refrigeration technicians are the typical installers.
This fitting is used in residential and light commercial plumbing, food service equipment, water filtration systems, ice machines, and similar fluid-transfer assemblies where a compact, directional change in soft tubing is needed. The nylon construction handles a working temperature range of -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F, supporting use in both chilled and moderately heated fluid circuits. Its white color is standard for identification in clean-water and food-grade installations.
Designed for use with soft flexible tubing having a 1/4-inch inside diameter and approximately 0.31-inch outside diameter, typical of polyethylene, polyurethane, and similar flexible tubing used in food service, water filtration, and light plumbing systems.
Installation is performed by plumbers or refrigeration technicians working on fluid-handling systems. Shut off the water or fluid supply and relieve line pressure before disconnecting or installing any fitting. Push tubing fully onto each barb until seated against the fitting body to ensure a leak-free connection; use hose clamps where system pressure or tubing stiffness warrants additional retention. Follow applicable IPC and local plumbing codes for potable-water and food-equipment installations.
