The PARKER 3 RTX-S is a steel male run tee fitting designed for flared tube connections in high-pressure fluid and pneumatic systems. It features a 37-degree flare angle with Flare x MNPTF end connections, accepting 3/16 inch tube OD and a 1/8 inch NPTF thread. Rated to 6000 psi maximum dynamic working pressure, this fitting is built for demanding hydraulic and instrumentation line applications. Steel construction provides durability in environments where corrosion resistance is secondary to pressure performance. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and fluid power technicians are the typical installers.
This fitting is suited for use in hydraulic systems, fuel lines, pneumatic circuits, and instrumentation tubing where a branch takeoff is needed along the run of a tube line. The male run tee configuration allows the tube run to continue straight through while a male NPT branch exits perpendicular, simplifying manifold and panel plumbing layouts in both industrial and mobile equipment settings.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting for 3/16 inch OD flared tube systems using 1/8 inch NPTF threaded ports in hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation plumbing.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or fluid power technician familiar with flare fitting assembly. De-energize and depressurize the system fully before disassembling any existing fittings. Inspect flare seats and tube ends for damage before assembly, as a compromised flare surface will not seal reliably at rated pressure. Follow applicable system pressure ratings and relevant codes when integrating into hydraulic or fuel line circuits.
