The PARKER 3/4 CD-S is a 90-degree street elbow fitting designed for industrial pipe systems operating at high pressure. It connects male NPT to female NPT threads in a single compact body, eliminating the need for an additional coupling when making a 90-degree turn in a run. The fitting is manufactured from zinc-plated steel and rated to 3000 psi maximum working pressure. Thread sizes are 3/4 inch on both the male (MNPTF) and female (FNPTF) ends. Plumbers, pipefitters, and industrial maintenance technicians install this type of fitting in compressed air, hydraulic, and fluid-distribution systems where a direction change is required at a threaded connection point.
This street elbow is suited for residential and commercial installations wherever 3/4-inch NPT threaded pipe meets a 90-degree change of direction. Typical applications include compressed air distribution headers, hydraulic power unit plumbing, water service lines, and general industrial fluid systems. The MNPTF x FNPTF configuration allows the fitting to thread directly into a female-port valve, manifold, or pipe without requiring a separate male adapter. It is sold individually and is appropriate for new construction as well as maintenance and repair work.

Installation is performed by licensed plumbers or qualified pipefitters following applicable IPC and local mechanical code requirements. Shut off and depressurize the system completely before removing or installing any threaded fitting. Apply an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the male threads before assembly, and tighten to a snug fit using a pipe wrench — do not overtighten, as this can crack the fitting or distort threads. Verify system pressure rating does not exceed the 3000 psi maximum before returning the system to service.
