The PARKER 3-2 CBZ-SS is a compression tube male elbow fitting designed to connect 3/16-inch outside diameter tubing to a 1/8-inch male NPT (MNPT) port. Constructed from stainless steel, this fitting delivers a rated maximum working pressure of 10,300 psi, making it suitable for high-pressure instrument and fluid-control applications. The compression end grips the tube mechanically for a leak-tight seal without brazing or welding. HVAC technicians, refrigeration mechanics, instrumentation fitters, and plumbing professionals install this type of fitting when routing small-diameter tubing to threaded ports on valves, gauges, or manifolds.
This fitting is used in residential and commercial applications wherever 3/16-inch OD tubing must terminate at a 1/8-inch MNPT threaded port. Typical install scenarios include instrument sensing lines, hydraulic control circuits, refrigeration pilot lines, and process-fluid tubing runs. Stainless steel construction makes it appropriate for corrosive-fluid environments or installations requiring enhanced resistance to oxidation and chemical exposure. It is sold individually and may be ordered as a single piece.
Designed as an OEM-style compression fitting for use with 3/16-inch OD tubing terminating at 1/8-inch male NPT threaded ports in high-pressure fluid and instrumentation systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with compression fitting assembly and applicable fluid-system codes. Depressurize and isolate the tubing circuit completely before removing or installing any fitting. Hand-tighten the compression nut onto the MNPT port, then advance with a wrench per standard compression fitting practice — do not overtighten, as stainless fittings can gall if excessive torque is applied without proper lubrication on the threads. Verify system pressure ratings at all adjacent components before returning the system to service.
