The PARKER 2FBC2N-316 is a stainless steel compression tube bulkhead female connector designed to pass a compression tube line through a panel or bulkhead wall and transition to a female NPT port on the opposite side. The fitting connects a compression tube end to a 1/8-27 FNPT threaded port, providing a secure, leak-resistant joint rated for extreme service conditions. With a maximum working pressure of 10,900 psi and a temperature range of -425 degrees F to 1200 degrees F, this fitting is built for demanding instrumentation, process, and fluid-system applications. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and instrumentation technicians are the typical installers.
This fitting is used in high-pressure instrumentation tubing systems, process piping panels, hydraulic test stands, and analytical equipment where a tube line must pass cleanly through a bulkhead or panel wall. The compression-by-FNPT configuration allows direct connection to female NPT-ported equipment or manifolds on one side while maintaining a compression grip on the tube on the other. The all-316 stainless steel construction makes it suitable for corrosive media, cryogenic service down to -425 degrees F, and high-temperature process lines up to 1200 degrees F.
Designed as an OEM-style compression tube bulkhead connector for high-pressure instrumentation and process tubing systems using 1/8-27 NPT female-ported equipment or manifolds.
Installation is performed by licensed pipefitters or instrumentation technicians following applicable piping codes. Shut off and depressurize the system completely before removing or installing any compression fitting. Do not over-tighten the compression nut — follow standard compression fitting assembly practice for the tube material and diameter being used. Verify NPT thread engagement is sufficient for the rated working pressure before returning the system to service.
