The PARKER 264AB-4 is a brass compression tee union designed for fluid and pneumatic line connections requiring a three-way split from a single run of tubing. It features compression fittings on all three ports, allowing technicians to join or branch tubing lines without soldering or flaring. Rated to 400 psi maximum working pressure and built from brass, this fitting meets DOT FMVSS571.106 and SAE J246 standards. The inside diameter measures 0.189 inches. It is suited for brake line, fuel line, and instrumentation tubing applications where code-compliant, vibration-resistant connections are required.
This fitting is used in light- and medium-duty vehicle brake and fuel systems, as well as in stationary fluid-handling and instrumentation installations. The compression-on-all-three-ports design eliminates the need for brazing equipment in the field, making it practical for service technicians working on tubing runs that require a branch takeoff. It is appropriate for both new installations and repair work where a tee connection must be added to an existing line.
Designed as an OEM-style compression tee union for tubing systems conforming to DOT FMVSS571.106 and SAE J246 specifications, including brake line and fuel line applications in light- and medium-duty vehicles.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with brake and fuel system service. Before servicing any fluid line, relieve system pressure, depressurize the brake circuit, and disconnect the vehicle battery if working near electrical components. Use proper compression sleeve and nut assembly procedures; do not overtighten — hand-snug plus the manufacturer-recommended turns for the tubing material. Brake system work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
