The PARKER 264AB-10 is a brass compression tube union designed to join two tubing runs with a triple compression connection — compression on both ends and at center. It provides a secure, leak-resistant joint in fluid or gas distribution lines without soldering or threading. With a maximum working pressure of 400 psi and a temperature range of -65 degrees F to 250 degrees F, this fitting handles demanding service conditions across HVAC, plumbing, and instrumentation applications. The 0.533 inch inside diameter accommodates standard half-inch tubing. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial pipe fitters are the typical installers.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial installations where copper or compatible soft tubing must be joined inline. Cut tubing squarely and deburr the end before inserting into the compression nut to ensure a proper seal. Do not overtighten compression nuts — snug by hand plus a measured fraction of a turn with a wrench is standard practice; consult the tubing manufacturer guidelines for final torque direction.
