The PARKER 25KATP06MPN is a brass pneumatic hose coupler designed for compressed air and pneumatic fluid-transfer lines. Part of Parker's 25 Series, this coupler uses a Push-Lok hose barb connection and conforms to the High Flow interchange standard, allowing it to mate with compatible High Flow couplers and nipples across the market. The body diameter is 1/4 inch and the hose inside diameter is also 1/4 inch. Maximum working pressure is 300 psi. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial maintenance technicians install this type of fitting where quick-connect pneumatic lines require a reliable, leak-resistant hose barb termination.
This coupler is suited for use in residential and light commercial pneumatic systems, compressed air tool lines, and fluid-transfer applications where the High Flow interchange standard is specified. The 25 Series is a commonly stocked coupler family used in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) settings. The operating temperature range of -4 degrees F to 212 degrees F makes it appropriate for a wide range of indoor and outdoor service environments. The Push-Lok hose barb end accepts 1/4 inch inside-diameter hose without the need for a clamp when used with Parker Push-Lok hose.
Designed for use with Parker 25 Series High Flow interchange pneumatic couplings. Mates with High Flow interchange nipples that conform to the same interchange standard. Accepts 1/4 inch inside-diameter Push-Lok compatible hose.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with pneumatic plumbing practices. Depressurize and isolate the pneumatic line completely before disconnecting or installing any coupler. Inspect hose end for clean, square cuts and confirm hose inside diameter matches the barb specification before seating. Follow applicable local codes and the system manufacturer's pressure ratings — do not exceed the 300 psi working pressure rating of this fitting.
