The PARKER 24M-4-4 is a multi-port fluid manifold designed to distribute or collect flow across multiple circuit branches in a single compact body. It features two 1/4 inch NPTF inlet ports and four 1/4 inch NPTF outlet ports, giving technicians a clean solution for splitting a single supply line into four downstream circuits without additional fittings or tee assemblies. The body is molded from glass filled nylon with brass threaded inserts, rated to 150 psi maximum working pressure and a temperature range of -40 degrees F to 200 degrees F. Overall length is 3.98 inches and overall width is 0.9 inches, making it suitable for tight enclosures and compact control panels.
This manifold is used in pneumatic and hydraulic distribution applications across HVAC controls, fluid power systems, automotive brake and fuel line assemblies, and industrial process equipment. Its DOT FMVSS571.106, SAE J1131, and SAE J2494-3 compliance makes it appropriate for vehicular and mobile equipment plumbing as well as stationary systems. The 0.55 inch outlet center-to-center spacing and 0.21 inch mounting hole diameter allow for direct panel or bracket mounting in organized multi-circuit installations. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and fluid power mechanics are the typical installers.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install manifold for pneumatic and fluid distribution systems requiring 1/4 inch NPTF connections across two inlet and four outlet circuits.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber, HVAC technician, or fluid power mechanic familiar with NPTF threaded connections. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any manifold fitting. Use appropriate thread sealant rated for the media and pressure involved — do not overtighten NPTF connections, as the tapered thread seals on engagement. Verify that all downstream tubing and fittings are rated for the system's working pressure before returning the circuit to service.
