The PARKER 2201P-2-2 is a 45-degree female pipe elbow fitting designed for industrial fluid and pneumatic plumbing systems. Machined from brass, it accepts a 1/8 inch female FNPTF (female national pipe thread fuel) connection on both ends of the elbow. The fitting is rated to 1,000 psi maximum working pressure and handles temperatures from -65 degrees F to 250 degrees F, making it suitable for a wide range of compressed air, hydraulic, and fuel line applications. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and HVAC technicians install this type of fitting when a 45-degree directional change is required in a threaded pipe run.
This fitting is used in residential and commercial installations where a 45-degree offset is needed within a 1/8 inch threaded pipe assembly. Common applications include fuel lines, compressed air distribution, hydraulic circuits, and instrumentation plumbing. The brass construction resists corrosion in both wet and dry service environments. It is well suited for tight-space routing where a full 90-degree elbow would not fit. The FNPTF thread form provides a pressure-tight seal on fuel and fluid systems when used with the appropriate thread sealant.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting for 1/8 inch FNPTF threaded pipe systems in industrial, HVAC, plumbing, and fluid power applications.
Installation should be performed by a licensed pipefitter, plumber, or HVAC technician in accordance with applicable codes such as the IPC or IFGC. Depressurize and isolate the line completely before removing any existing fittings or installing this elbow. Apply an appropriate thread sealant or PTFE tape to the threads before assembly. Do not overtighten, as brass fittings can crack under excessive torque.
