The PARKER 2.50TEF4MAU14A01.00 is a double acting rodless air cylinder designed for linear motion control in pneumatic systems. With a 2.5-inch bore and a 1-inch stroke, it delivers up to 250 psi of working pressure through a 3/8 NPTF port. The cylinder body is constructed from aluminum, keeping weight low while providing structural rigidity. The rod diameter measures 5/8 inch with a 7/16-20 female thread. At 4.75 inches overall length and 3 inches overall width, it fits compact installation envelopes. Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) seals provide reliable performance across a wide range of industrial pneumatic applications. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical contractors as well as industrial maintenance technicians are the typical installers.
This cylinder is suited for use in automated machinery, pneumatic actuator assemblies, and light-to-medium-duty industrial motion applications. The basic mount style allows flexible integration into standard mounting brackets or custom fabricated frames. Its compact footprint and aluminum construction make it well suited for applications where space and weight constraints are considerations. The 3/8 NPTF port is compatible with standard pneumatic tubing and fittings used in compressed air distribution systems.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or drop-in addition for pneumatic systems requiring a double acting rodless air cylinder with a 2.5-inch bore, basic mount style, and 3/8 NPTF port configuration.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanical or industrial maintenance technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before removing or installing any cylinder. Verify that all port fittings and thread connections are compatible with the system working pressure before applying air. Follow applicable OSHA lockout/tagout procedures and local mechanical codes during service.
