The PARKER 1JC43-8-8 is a female swivel straight hose fitting designed for high-pressure hydraulic systems. Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or pipefitter. Depressurize and bleed down the hydraulic system completely before removing or installing any hose fitting. Use appropriate jaw-style or crow-foot wrenches to avoid rounding the fitting hex. Torque to the system manufacturer or Parker specification for the fitting size and thread type — do not over-torque, as this can damage the Seal-Lok sealing surfaces.
