The PARKER 1FSC2N-316 is a stainless steel compression tube connector designed to join small-diameter tubing to female NPT threaded ports. It features a compression end on one side and a 1/8-27 FNPT threaded end on the other, allowing a secure, leak-resistant connection without welding or soldering. Rated for working pressures up to 16,800 psi and a temperature range of -425 degrees F to 1200 degrees F, this fitting is built for demanding industrial, instrumentation, and process-control applications. It is installed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and instrumentation technicians working on high-pressure fluid and gas systems.
This connector is suited for use in instrumentation tubing runs, hydraulic systems, and process piping where a small-bore compression-to-NPT transition is required. The 1/16-inch tube outside diameter and NPT thread size make it appropriate for tight-space installations involving 316 stainless steel tubing. It is commonly found in chemical processing, oil and gas, power generation, and HVAC instrumentation lines where corrosion resistance and pressure integrity are critical.
Designed as an OEM-style compression tube fitting for high-pressure instrumentation and process systems using 1/16-inch OD tubing with 1/8-27 NPT female threaded ports.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pipefitter or instrumentation technician. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any compression fittings. Hand-tighten the compression nut first, then advance with a wrench per standard compression fitting practice — do not overtighten. Verify thread engagement and leak integrity before returning the system to service.
