The PARKER 1FSC1N-316 is a stainless steel compression tube connector designed to join 1/16-inch OD tubing to a female NPT threaded port using a compression-to-FNPT end configuration. Rated for pressures up to 16,800 psi and a temperature range of -425 degrees F to 1200 degrees F, this fitting is built for demanding instrumentation, high-pressure fluid, and pneumatic applications. The 316 stainless steel construction provides strong resistance to corrosion and oxidation. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and instrumentation technicians install this type of fitting in process, laboratory, and industrial control systems.
This connector suits applications requiring a leak-tight mechanical seal between small-bore tubing and a threaded port. Typical install scenarios include instrument manifolds, sample systems, gas analyzers, hydraulic control lines, and high-pressure tubing assemblies where a reliable, tool-free-to-disassemble compression joint is preferred. The FNPT end threads into a standard NPT-tapped port on valves, gauges, or bulkhead fittings. Its compact size and high pressure rating make it appropriate for both original equipment builds and maintenance replacement work in commercial and industrial environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation compression connector for 1/16-inch OD tubing systems terminating at a 1/16-27 NPT female threaded port.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed pipefitter, plumber, or instrumentation technician. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any compression fitting. Hand-tighten the compression nut onto the tubing, then advance with a wrench per the fitting manufacturer's standard make-up procedure; do not overtighten. Ensure tubing ends are cut squarely and deburred before insertion to achieve a proper ferrule seal.
