The PARKER 1BLEN1-316 is a compression-style tube end cap designed to seal the open end of a tubing line in high-pressure fluid and gas systems. Manufactured from 316 stainless steel, it connects via a 10-32 inch compression fitting and is rated for a maximum working pressure of 16800 psi. The extreme temperature range, from -425 degrees F to 1200 degrees F, makes it suitable for cryogenic, high-temperature, and corrosive-media applications. Plumbers, pipefitters, and instrumentation technicians install this fitting wherever a tubing run must be cleanly terminated without welding or threading the tube end itself.
This end cap is used in instrumentation tubing systems, hydraulic lines, pneumatic circuits, and process piping where a leak-free compression seal is required. Its stainless steel construction suits corrosive environments including chemical processing, oil and gas, and marine installations. The 10-32 compression thread size fits small-diameter tubing common in instrument and control line applications. It is sold individually and ships as a single unit.
Designed as an OEM-style compression tube end cap for small-diameter instrumentation and process tubing systems requiring 10-32 inch compression connections.
Installation is typically performed by licensed pipefitters, instrumentation technicians, or plumbers working under applicable pressure-piping codes such as ASME B31.3. Depressurize and isolate the tubing circuit fully before removing any existing fitting or installing this end cap. Hand-tighten the compression nut onto the tube end before applying a controlled wrench turn to seat the ferrule — do not over-tighten, as stainless ferrules work-harden and cannot be reused. Verify zero-leak integrity with the system test medium before returning the line to service.
