The PARKER 171PLP-10M-8G is a push-to-connect swivel male run tee fitting designed for pneumatic and fluid-handling tube assemblies. It connects two push-to-connect tube ends inline while providing a swiveling male branch port for flexible orientation during installation. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, it handles working pressures up to 300 psi across a temperature range of 0 to 200 degrees F. The silver body features a yellow release button for quick, tool-free tube insertion and removal. This fitting is silicone-free and rated to the UL94 V-0 flame resistance standard, making it suitable for environments where cleanliness and material traceability matter.
This fitting is used in compressed air, pneumatic control, and compatible fluid-transfer systems where an inline tee with a repositionable male branch port is required. The push-to-connect ends accept 10mm outside-diameter tubing, and the male branch port uses a BSPP thread form. It is commonly installed in industrial automation panels, OEM equipment builds, and mechanical systems where technicians need to branch a line without fixed-orientation hardware. The swivel feature reduces stress on the branch port connection during final assembly.
Designed for use with 10mm outside-diameter push-to-connect tubing and BSPP male branch port connections in pneumatic and compatible fluid-handling systems.
Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any push-to-connect fittings. Ensure tubing ends are cut cleanly and squarely and are free of burrs before insertion to maintain a proper seal. The BSPP male branch port requires appropriate BSPP-compatible mating threads; confirm thread type before installation, as BSPP is not interchangeable with NPT. Follow applicable local and national pneumatic and fluid-system codes when integrating this fitting into a pressurized assembly.
