The PARKER 171PLP-10M-6G is a push-to-connect swivel male run tee fitting designed for tube-to-tube-to-male pneumatic and fluid line connections. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, it accepts 10mm outside diameter tubing on two ports and terminates in a BSPP male thread on the branch port. The swivel design allows the male thread end to rotate for easier alignment during installation without disturbing the connected tubing runs. Rated to 300 psi maximum working pressure and suitable for operating temperatures from 0 degrees F to 200 degrees F, this fitting is used by HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service pros in compressed air, water, and compatible fluid systems. The release button is silicone-free and UL94 V-0 flame resistance rated.
This fitting is suited for residential and light commercial applications where quick, reliable tube connections are required in tight spaces or where repeated service access is expected. The push-to-connect design allows tubing to be inserted and locked without tools, while the swivel male thread simplifies alignment to existing threaded ports. It is commonly installed in pneumatic control lines, compressed air distribution, and low-pressure fluid systems. The 7/8 inch hex size allows for standard wrench engagement on the male thread during tightening.
Designed as an OEM-style push-to-connect replacement fitting for pneumatic and fluid systems using 10mm OD tubing with BSPP male threaded port connections.
Shut off system pressure and bleed the line before removing or installing any push-to-connect fitting. Ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely and is free of burrs before insertion into the push-to-connect ports to ensure a proper seal. Engage the BSPP male thread with appropriate thread sealant per the equipment manufacturer and applicable codes before torquing with a wrench on the 7/8 inch hex. To release tubing, depress the yellow release button and pull the tube straight out.
