The PARKER 16F25C2164ACF is a two-way, normally closed, piloted diaphragm solenoid valve designed for controlling flow in fluid, gas, and light oil systems. Built with a brass body and NBR seal, it supports multiple coil voltage options including 12 Vdc, 24 Vdc, 24/60 Vac, 120 Vdc, 120/60 to 110/50 Vac, and 240/60 to 220/50 Vac, making it adaptable across a wide range of control circuits. Rated to 300 psi maximum working pressure and 180 degrees F maximum temperature, this valve suits demanding industrial and commercial applications. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial pipe fitters are the typical installers.
This valve is suited for residential and commercial systems handling fluids, gases, and light oils where automated shutoff or flow control is required. The 1-inch NPT port size and piloted diaphragm design make it a practical choice for process piping, HVAC water and refrigerant circuits, and general-purpose pneumatic or hydraulic control lines. With a Cv factor of 12.2 and a minimum operating pressure differential of 1 psi, it performs reliably in low-differential-pressure pilot-operated configurations. Note that solenoid coils are not included and must be ordered separately.

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, pipefitter, or qualified HVAC technician in accordance with applicable local codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off all system pressure and isolate the line before servicing or replacing the valve. Confirm coil voltage matches the available control circuit before energizing. Because this is a piloted diaphragm valve, a minimum operating pressure differential of 1 psi must be maintained across the valve for proper actuation.
