The PARKER 16F24C6164AAF is a two-way piloted diaphragm solenoid valve designed for controlling the flow of fluids, gases, and light oils in industrial piping systems. The valve features a 1-inch NPT port, stainless steel body, and NBR seal construction, making it suitable for demanding service environments. It operates in a normally closed (NC) state and accepts multiple coil voltage options including 12 Vdc, 24 Vdc, 24/60 Vac, 120 Vdc, 120/60 to 110/50 Vac, and 240/60 to 220/50 Vac. With a Cv factor of 13.0 and a maximum working pressure of 150 psi, this valve delivers reliable on/off flow control. Installation and service are typically performed by licensed plumbers, pipefitters, or industrial maintenance technicians.
This valve is well suited for residential, commercial, and light industrial process piping applications where automated flow shutoff or control is required. Typical installations include water treatment systems, compressed air lines, fuel gas service, and light oil distribution. The piloted diaphragm design requires a minimum operating pressure differential of 5 psi to function correctly, so it is best applied in systems with adequate line pressure. Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or pipefitter in accordance with applicable local and national plumbing codes.
