The PARKER 16A3C00009 is a three-piece, intermediate-body FRL combination unit that integrates a filter, regulator, and lubricator into a single inline assembly for compressed air systems. Rated to 90 SCFM with a maximum supply pressure of 150 psi, it conditions incoming air by removing particulates at a 40-micron rating, regulating downstream pressure, and delivering metered lubrication to pneumatic tools and actuators. A 1/4-inch gauge port with included pressure gauge provides direct pressure readout at the unit. Licensed HVAC technicians, industrial maintenance mechanics, and pneumatic system installers are the typical trades handling this assembly.
This FRL unit is suited for intermediate-duty compressed air distribution in both light industrial and commercial settings. The 1/2-inch NPT end connections make it compatible with standard compressed air headers and branch drops. It fits inline on supply lines feeding pneumatic tools, cylinders, valves, and automation equipment where clean, regulated, and lubricated air is required. The included mounting brackets allow direct panel or rail installation. The polycarbonate bowl with bowl guard allows visual fluid level monitoring without disassembly.
Designed as an OEM-style inline FRL assembly for compressed air systems using 1/2-inch NPT connections in intermediate-flow industrial and commercial pneumatic applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or millwright. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing this unit. Observe the directional flow arrow on the body and install in the correct upstream-to-downstream orientation. Follow applicable compressed air system codes and equipment manufacturer guidelines for line sizing, filtration, and lubrication requirements.
