The 169PLP-6M-6G is designed for use with 6 mm outside diameter tubing and a 3/8 inch BSPP male thread connection. The rated temperature range of 0 degrees F to 200 degrees F makes it compatible with a broad range of operating environments. The swivel male end simplifies assembly by allowing the fitting body to rotate during thread engagement without stressing the connected tube.

Depressurize and de-energize the system completely before removing or installing any push-to-connect fittings. Ensure the tube end is cleanly cut, free of burrs, and fully inserted until it bottoms out to achieve a proper seal. Thread engagement should be completed by hand first to avoid cross-threading before final tightening. To disconnect, press the yellow release button fully while pulling the tube straight out.
