The PARKER 169PLP-10M-6G is a push-to-connect 90-degree swivel male elbow fitting designed for tube-to-male tube connections in compressed air and fluid control systems. Constructed from nickel-plated brass, it accepts a 10mm outside diameter tube on the push-to-connect end and terminates in a BSPP male thread. The fitting is rated to 300 psi maximum working pressure and handles temperatures from 0 degrees F to 200 degrees F. The silver body features a yellow release button for quick tube removal without additional tools. Silicone-free grease is used internally, making it suitable for applications where silicone contamination is a concern.
This fitting is used in pneumatic and fluid line assemblies across commercial HVAC, industrial automation, and equipment maintenance applications. The swivel elbow configuration allows the male thread end to rotate during installation, reducing torque transfer to connected lines and simplifying routing in tight spaces. It is typically installed by HVAC technicians, pipefitters, and maintenance mechanics working on compressed air distribution, pneumatic controls, or fluid handling equipment where a 90-degree directional change is required.
Designed for use with 10mm outside diameter push-to-connect tubing and BSPP male-threaded ports. Suitable as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation fitting in pneumatic and fluid control systems using metric tube sizing and British Standard Parallel Pipe threading.
De-pressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any push-to-connect fittings. Insert tubing straight and fully into the fitting until it bottoms out to ensure a proper seal. To release tubing, press the yellow release button evenly while pulling the tube out. Verify thread type and tube outside diameter before installation, as BSPP threads are not interchangeable with NPT or BSPT threads.
